Zoe Weeks, MD
Internal Medicine and Pediatrics

Dr. Weeks grew up in Northeast Arkansas and is proud to serve the communities that shaped her. She graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Environmental, Soil, and Water Science in 2011 before joining Teach For America, where she taught 7th grade math in St. Louis Public Schools. During this time, she spent summers mentoring and training new teachers in Chicago, Phoenix, and the Mississippi Delta. Her experience in education deepened her commitment to children and families and ultimately led her to pursue medicine.

Dr. Weeks earned her medical degree from UAMS in 2020 and completed combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She trained at Regional One Health, Baptist Memorial, Methodist, the VA, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital, and Christ Community Health Services. Since 2024, she has practiced primary care in Lonoke County and is excited to begin a new chapter serving patients at Harmony Health in Scott.

She believes in building long-term relationships with patients of all ages and emphasizes preventative care, patient education, and accessible community-based medicine. Her approach to care is rooted in service, compassion, and respect for the dignity of every patient. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband of 10 years, spending time outdoors with their three dogs, cooking, crafting, and relaxing at the lake.
