Dr. Aaron Mitchell feels blessed to have been serving patients in Marion for the past 8 years. In doing so, he truly believes that, “A joyful heart is good medicine.” – Proverbs 17:22

Dr. Mitchell is highly trained and gives God all the glory for his many accomplishments over the years. He was recently named a delegate to the prestigious Methodist Hospital Physician Leadership Academy, designating the top 20 physicians covering all specialties in the greater Memphis area. He has also led his current team to a Level 3 (Highest Level) PCMH Certification – Patient Centered Medical Home, and they have won recognition for being Hypertension Champions for excellence in treating blood pressure. He was the Chief Resident while training at St. Bernards Hospital and NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR, and is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through true lifestyle change.

Dr. Mitchell serves as the current President of the Crittenden County Medical Society. He is Medical Director of the EMT program at Arkansas State Mid-South and periodically is a guest-lecturer. He also serves as Medical Director for Elite Home Health and Dierken Memorial Hospice. He is dedicated to the education of all medical associated professions.

Dr. Mitchell is married to Rebecca, who is a pharmacist, and they have four beautiful children. Dr. Mitchell lives in Marion, attends church at Bellevue Baptist, and is an active member of his community. He has served on medical mission trips overseas to Brazil, Ghana, and Mexico.

Andy and his wife live here in Wynne, AR with their 3 young children. He trained in Birmingham, AL at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and the University of Central Arkansas. He is board certified in hospital medicine, family medicine, and advanced wound management with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. The citizens of East Arkansas have become his passion. Since 2016, full immersion into the communities he has served has led him to relentlessly pursue better healthcare for our people. By recognizing patients as individuals, he has focused on the customer experience and respecting their time. He has also recognized the unique challenges to patients in the Delta and has worked tirelessly to bring solutions to those barriers to care.

His favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 3 5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and he will make straight your paths.

Dr. Hong-Van Nguyen, MD

Pediatrics

Dr. Nguyen graduated from the UAMS pediatric residency program in Little Rock and received training at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Originally from New Orleans, she obtained her medical degree from LSU New Orleans and has always been captivated by the rich culture of the southern region. She is excited to start a new chapter closer to Memphis, where she will be serving and caring for the local communities of Marion and Wynne.

As a strong advocate for children, Dr. Nguyen believes in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and cared for. She prioritizes preventative care and family education while actively participating in community outreach programs. Outside of medicine, Dr. Nguyen enjoys staying active and connected to nature, often going on hikes and taking leisurely walks with her senior dog. Additionally, she has a strong appreciation for the arts and can frequently be found exploring galleries and attending live performances.

Dr. Sean Koch, MD

Dr. Koch was born in St. Louis, MO, but has spent the majority of his life in Searcy, AR. He attended Harding University for his undergraduate degree and then University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) for medical school. After graduation, he completed his three-year residency training in Jonesboro, AR.

He is so excited to come to Marion to practice and bring healing through medical care. His favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:38-39, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, not angel nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” He is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to all patients.

Dr. Koch lives in Memphis and is a member of High Point Church. He loves hiking, traveling, exercise, and snowboarding.

Jill Davis is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner of Primary Care (PNP-PC) certified through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB). As a 2003 graduate of Wynne High School, a 2006 graduate of Ouachita Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training and Biology, and a 2008 graduate of the inaugural class of the accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University, she began her career as an emergency room nurse at LeBonheur Level One Trauma Center in Memphis, Tennessee. She served as Wynne Public School’s district school nurse before going to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas, to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing in 2018. She started her career as a pediatric nurse practitioner at The Children’s Clinic in Jonesboro, Arkansas, before being offered the opportunity to return to her hometown to care for the children of Wynne.

Jill married her high-school sweetheart, Chris Davis, and they have two children, Charlie and Caroline. When not at work, you can find her at the area ballfields enthusiastically cheering and coaching her children or camping in the beautiful parks across Arkansas. An active member of Wynne Baptist Church, she chose her career to be equipped for daily ministry to be the hands and feet of Jesus as she serves and loves her patients. She believes in the Patient-Family Focus Care Model and is looking forward to partnering with parents and guardians in the Wynne area to provide excellent medical care for their children!

Jodi was born and raised in Saint Francis County, AR. She and her husband live in Palestine, AR with their four beautiful daughters. Jodi graduated high school from the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts in Hot Springs, AR. She attended Crowley’s Ridge Technical Institute in 2016 from the LPN program and EACC in 2020 from the LPN to RN program. She completed the MSN program at Walden University in February of 2023 and now holds board certification in family practice. Jodi was recruited to Harmony Health for her experience and interest in Women’s Health with other focuses in primary care, urgent care, and pediatrics. She loves the communities she serves and is ecstatic to be a part of Harmony Health.

Her favorite Bible verse is “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13
